Bank Feeds/Reconciling

 

Bank Feeds

Account transactions from your bank or financial institution sent into your organization electronically. This can be as a direct feed, Yodlee feed or PayPal feed. Bank feeds are updated daily to keep your business and transations on the right path.

 

Bank Reconciliation
​​A bank reconciliation or bank rec is a report used to check and explain the differences between the cash balance in a company's accounting ledger and the bank statement balance.

A bank reconciliation is also one of the main ways to prevent fraud and embezzlement of company funds. This process is easier to do with Xero. Most package plans offer daily reconciliation of the bank transactions.

Budgeting
 

Quickly prepare a comprehensive budget and compare performance against actual or selected periods. Close off your accounts at the end of reporting periods such as tax time and the financial year-end.


​​Create budgets that can be compared with actual income and expenditure throughout the year. Import a new budget or one you've updated, or export a budget. 

 

Budget Manager allows entering your budget information and the new Budget Variance report allows performing regular variance reporting against the actuals.

Fixed Assets
